Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how FirePrep360 handles subscription cancellations, coaching session cancellations, missed sessions, and refund requests.

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

1. Subscriptions

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis when applicable.
  • You may cancel at any time, but access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.

2. Coaching Sessions

The following refund and cancellation terms apply to coaching services booked through the platform:

2.1 User Cancellations

  • Users must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

2.2 No-Shows

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or user no-shows.

2.3 Coach Cancellations

  • A full refund may be issued if a coach fails to attend a scheduled session.
  • If a coach cancels a session, the session may be rescheduled, refunded, or credited at the platform's discretion.

2.4 Technical Issues and Service Concerns

  • Refund requests based on technical issues or service concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Platform Discretion

  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of FirePrep360.
  • We reserve the right to investigate refund requests, billing disputes, and service concerns on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through Stripe.
  • We do not store full payment card details on our platform.
