Coaching Marketplace Rules

These rules explain how the coaching marketplace works, what conduct is prohibited, how disputes are handled, and the limits of FirePrep360's role.

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

1. Marketplace Overview

  • FirePrep360 connects fire service candidates and independent coaches.
  • We act as a facilitator only and are not a direct party to individual coaching agreements between users and coaches.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All coaching bookings must occur through the platform.
  • Off-platform transactions, side payments, and attempts to move bookings outside the platform are prohibited.
  • Coaching payments may be subject to a holding period before coach payout to allow time for dispute resolution and confirmation of service completion.

3. Platform Fees

  • We may charge service fees in connection with marketplace activity.
  • We may retain a percentage of coaching payments as a platform fee or commission.
  • We reserve the right to delay or withhold coach payouts in cases of disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

4. Disputes

  • Users should contact support first if a dispute arises.
  • Disputes between users and coaches may be reviewed by FirePrep360 at our discretion.
  • We may determine appropriate outcomes, including refunds, credits, warnings, suspensions, or other account actions.
  • Our decisions regarding marketplace disputes are final.

5. Conduct Standards

Users and coaches must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other participants.
  • Share inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.

6. Content Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
  • Coaches retain ownership of their coaching materials.
  • The platform retains rights to system-generated content, platform design, software, workflows, and related proprietary materials.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Circumventing platform booking or payment systems.
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access accounts improperly.
  • Copying, scraping, redistributing, or reselling platform materials without authorization.

8. Suspension and Removal

  • We may suspend or remove users or coaches for violations of these rules.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts for fraudulent behavior.
  • We may suspend or remove accounts for abuse, misuse, or disruption of the platform.

9. No Employment Relationship

  • Nothing in this marketplace creates an employment relationship.
  • Nothing in this marketplace creates a partnership or joint venture.
  • Marketplace participation does not create agency authority unless expressly stated in writing by the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for coaching outcomes.
  • We are not responsible for user performance or promotion results.
  • We are not responsible for disputes, damages, or disagreements between users and coaches, except as otherwise required by law.
